So if you are planning a vacation to the beautiful west coast, remember to come prepared for any ocation. Bring the following (as not to stand out like an idiot): Umbrella, bakini, snow gear, hip wader boots, and shorts.
If possible, you should be wearing all of these items at the same time, as to be prepared for the latest error on the part of the local weather man.

Finished Harry Potter and have begun making copies for whole family.
Successfully got tesa testing up and running, and am enjoying little treats at work, as it is underpaid employee appreciation week.
I have been working hard down town and am learning wonderful new skills related to terminal codes and other such nerd fun stuff. I am working on the cow and it is coming along wonderfully.

What are some words for "on the ground"
I thought of "terrestrial" but what are some other options, I have to name some ARD lists and need something catchy.

Here is the newest edition to my toaster obsession... Yes, many people said it couldn't be done, but I found the exact same 1970's toaster that I already owned!!! Only shinier and cheaper than before...
And just like the original, it does not work and will savagly burn what ever happens to be in proximity at the time...

hey there, I have been slacking on my blog duties lately and have other wise dropped off the radar once again... So I will come up again to prove that I have not left the state....
Today... I am playing secretary at my wonderful elementary school, and am perfecting the art of multi-tasking. My major triumph for the day was answering the phone while putting a band-aid on a kindergartner's thumb. That takes skill... and other than that I have been helping the classes catch up on production work... I am having a great time.
I will get back to you in a bit, this is getting busy.

This is just a flash back on the days when our family lived in Bandon... We would look forward to the holidays and the days when the local cable access channels would have 24 hour video of open fires... So every family could have the illuminating illusion of warmth and security that comes with having your own fireplace....
We would sit in front of that tv with hot dogs and marshmallows for hours, just watching it burn, come to think of it, it is where half of our Christmas card pictures were taken.
